Log in to aces.gov.in
Register with aces for service tax.
Creat an account online. PAN is mandatory. Fill up the Form ST-1 online. Take print out. Sign & attach PAN card and submit to nearest Central excise & service tax office along with constitution of firm i.e Partnership Deed, MOA/AOA etc.( Not applicable for propritorship/Individual)
