What is the procedure for getting Fellow Membership of Chartered Accountancy.
The Member is Practising since last 8 years.
Difference of Fees is also to be remitted or not??
And to whom it should be applied.
Whether New Delhi office or Regional Office ??

Do it prospectively. The next renewal, pay the fees @FCA rate.
