24 December 2012 Hi,
Im IPCC Student, my articleship period is from 12/08/2010 and 11/08/2013. My attendance sheet i have extracted in short below,

1. No of Working Days
2. Days Absent
3. Worked on Weekends
1. 2. 3.
1st Year - 281 - 44 - 38
2nd Year - 267 - 48 - 28
3rd Year - 92 - 37 - 6

Note: 1. Upto as on 24/12/2012.
2. No. of Working Days includes working on weekends.
Please help me how much days I can take more leave.

24 December 2012 You Can Calculate Yourself.

Rule is If You Worked for More Than 35 Hours in a Week Then You are Allowed That Leave, I Mean You Can Work Upto 45 Hours in a Week, and That Hours You Can Adjust.

There is No Concept of Working on Weekends.
If You Work on Saturday/ Sunday There is No Concept.

Concept is of Hours.
