how many days can be granted at maximum as leave in artilce

I need to know wexactly how many days can be granted as maximum leave in thye period of articleship so that there are no chances for extension

03 February 2011 maximum days leave allowable is 180 days only.

03 February 2011 ya thts rt.. bt allowable leave is 1/6 of period ACTUALLY served..

so in 3 yr period i.e. 1095 days if ur leave is 156 days, the bal period of 939(1095-156) days is 6 times ur leave (156 * 6).

this is hw allowable leave is calculated.

04 February 2011 for 3 years ur answer is correct but for 3.5 years it is 183 days but it is restricted to 180 days as per link.

in case of 3 yr artclship - leave upto 156 days can be taken without any extension

& in case of 3.5 yr - upto 180 days
