How is VAT to be computed

23 May 2008 In a bill there is Excise duty also so is the VAT to be computed after charging the Excise duty or if there are any indirect taxes included in the bill how are they to be taxed, i.e. after charging the taxes the tax is calculated or only on the amount of goods.
