if bank statement closing bl. is 2990 and our ledger cl. bl. is 2009 then we take our ledger closing in trial balance then too it gets tallied

I agree with the expert. This may be due to some error in the books. Make a bank reconciliation and find out the error, then only ur accounts will be ok.
