so i want to start articleship
what is the procedure for stating articleship
plzz help

20 August 2013 Fill in form 103 and it should be duly signed by you and our principal CA.
It should be done in triplicate and then submit 1 copy to icai and 1 to your principal and keep one with u.

21 August 2013 yes,,you need to execute deed of articles in form 102 with an auditor with whom you would like to do your articles

it is not required to send to icai along with form 103

21 August 2013 102 which is called deed must be filled in duplicate.
the green form must be first sent for franking and then must be filled and should be submitted to your principal and the copy must be kept you.
No need to submit 102 to icai.

franking karna zaroori hai ya fir bond bhi chalenga ?
sir plzz clear my doubt i got confused nw
