I have to invest in newly Pvt Co. I want to see balance sheet, Profit & Loss, other document from MCA or Other Website for investment purpose.

Please advise me

20 April 2012 You will have to download form 23AC and 23ACA. There you fill find the Balance Sheet and P/L as attachment. For this you will have to login and use 'Get Certified Copies' option and pay fees of Rs 50.

20 April 2012 For a private limited companies, we cannot download Form 23ACA i.e. P&L Account. Only Form 23AC i.e. Balance sheet can be downloaded on payment as explained by expert.

21 April 2012 yes you can download any document from mca site by paying Rs.50 for viewing public documents.
