Dear Expert I have to invest in newly Pvt Co. I want to see balance sheet, Profit & Loss, other document from MCA or Other Website for investment purpose.

You will have to download form 23AC and 23ACA. There you fill find the Balance Sheet and P/L as attachment. For this you will have to login and use 'Get Certified Copies' option and pay fees of Rs 50.

For a private limited companies, we cannot download Form 23ACA i.e. P&L Account. Only Form 23AC i.e. Balance sheet can be downloaded on payment as explained by expert.
