15 January 2015 Hello experts, Ijust want to know that if someone is earning income but he not pay tax and file return also then how can anyone complain to IT deptt.?

15 January 2015 By and large the Income Tax department does NOT entertain the THIRD party complaints unless such party (You in this case) produces sufficient documentary proofs.

So obtain sufficient evidence of what you are alleging and then write a letter to concerned CIT of the said person's jurisdiction.

"Alleging party to prove" is the simple principle
