How much interest to claim in this case?
On first HL - Rs.1,10,000/-
on Home improvement Loan - Rs.27,000/-
on Top up loan - Rs.24,000/-
Pls. clarify. TIA.

Interest on housing loan can be claimed. Please ensure the TOP up and IMPROVEMENT loan falls under the category of Housing Loan before claiming the deduction.

1,10,000 can be claimed for self occupied property.

RS. 150000 FOR THE REASON THAT ALL THE 3 LOANS ARE HOUSING LOAN.
