We have received housing loan certificate from our employee, where two names mention in certificate,whether we can give full tax
benfit or 50 % ?

Take a declaration from your employee for his / her share of payment with details of total amount of installments paid by your employee during year under reference. The benefits available in section 24 and section 80C of Income Tax Act are depending on payment and not on the basis of share of loan.
