i have bought a house in delhi and i m working in gurgaon,so can i take benefit of both interest on housing loan and HRA from my salary and i have got possession

15 April 2013 In case you have taken a house on rent at your place of employment- you can claim HRA benefit. In case no rental is being paid HRA can not be claimed.
.
You can claim interest on housing loan whether it is self occupied or let out.
