Dear Sir,
i have bought a house in delhi and i m working in gurgaon,so can i take benefit of both interest on housing loan and HRA from my salary and i have got possession

In case you have taken a house on rent at your place of employment- you can claim HRA benefit. In case no rental is being paid HRA can not be claimed.

You can claim interest on housing loan whether it is self occupied or let out.
