Whether house tax paid for the year P.Y 2011-12,in 2012-13 can be allowed under income tax or it can be treated as prior period

House tax is allowed in the year of payment.
hence if House tax of 11-12 paid in 12-13, then the deduction can only be claimed in 12-13
