11 August 2010 Dear Sir'
Please advise me,if an employee employed in Bangalore & he owned a house at bangalore which is vacant during the year and he staying in the rented house at Bangalore, whether he get the benefit of house rent allowances ?

If the answer of the above is 'yes', then please tell me whether he claimed the amount of interest on housing loan paid to the Bank ?
