21 July 2023 How to claim HRA IF CO HAVE NOT SHOWN IN FORM 16? CO HAS UPLOADED LTC OF RS125000/ in form 16.How to claim LTC AND HRA IN INCOME TAX RETURNS?

21 July 2023 You can't claim HRA and LTC unless it's shown in form 16 and shown exemption.
Request the employer to correct form 16.
Now notice issued for such claim asking for documents.
