Hi, Myself Ankur Garg n working in a recruitment co. i have a query that a person in which condition can claim both HRA benefit for rent paid and interest paid on home loan benefit in a financial year. if he can claim both then how n if he cannot then why?...kindly suggest.

if a person doing job in city from home town
he take loan for house purchases in home town . and pay rent for job place then he take both exeption.
