sir,
my client have in ahmedabad one house. he has having another house at village. as per the income tax act we consider only one house for self occupied. so what i consider for self occupied house? village or city ? can another house consider deemed let out?

at first you calculate income from houseproperty treating both house deemed to be let out.
Then house having higher income will treat as self occupied.
Then house having higher income will treat as self occupied.
