This query is : Resolved

22 July 2013 If a person is having only one house property. It is self occupied. Income from such property is negative. So which ITR must be filed for such situation ? Is there any issues if one files ITR-1 ?

22 July 2013 No in cse if loss is there from house property the u need to file ITR-2 only.

22 July 2013 But i have filed ITR-1 with using negative sign in income from house property and my refund amount is also zero. Other than that i have just salary income. Should i revise ITR ?
