Having two houses in same city. Portion of first house is self occupied and the other portion is let out.
In the second house my married daughter is staying with her family.
So shall I treat the second house as Deemed to be let out and show the rental income?
Please clarify.

Yes you need declare second one as deemed let out and require to pay taxes...
