House property - deemed to be let out property

I have one house in Mumbai and another in Baroda. I am staying in Mumbai house due to my job being in Mumbai and Baroda house is vacant. I have taken housing loan on both the properties. Can I consider Baroda house as self occupied house and mumbai house as deemed to be let out.
Pl help. Thanking in advance. Would appreciate if you could provide me some case laws also on this.

yes. you can. it is always at the option of the owner to choose any of the self-occupied house as deemed let out
