03 March 2008 Sec 10(13A) simply says that the section isnt applicable in case your residing in the house or rent isnt incurred as expenditure. But If iam paying rent and also not residing in the house( however my employement and my house is in the same city), what possible section or rule prohibits me from doing that ??
