landowner lets his property but for letting it he has to take another property on rent..then the rent so paid will be deducted from rent received by him or not??????

Rent so paid is if for the purpose of business of the assessee , then he can claim as an expenditure. However, it is not deductible under the head Income from House Property in any case.
