House property - 6 months let out , 6 months self occupied

house property was let out for 6 months and self occupied for the rest period, then Can I treat as Deemed let out property??

If so then actual rent received is only 6 for months but municipal value should consider for full year or half year?

Can I consider rest 6 months as Vacancy Period???

22 September 2014 it shall be considered deemed let out for whole of the year.

GAV will be higher of:
(i) Actual rent received (during the period let out) or
(ii) ER for the whole year.

22 September 2014 you will need to check that out using a local property dealer dealing in rental properties in that area.

I am unable to find the said values, so on the base of last year can I take random value.
Eg
12-13 :- Rs.50,000
13-14 :- Rs.52,000

24 September 2014 no on random numbers u cannot take better take help of a local valuer in this case
