Expenses like monthly maintenance expenses paid by owner to the building owners society can be deducted.

under income from house property u can calim deduction u/s 24(b) @ 30% of the rent received

rupesh pls check before writing...under sec 24(B) u never allow this exp but only int actually paid during the year on loan taken on hp is allowed...dont give foolish advice.
