how to decide fair rent and standard rent.

17 August 2012 standard rent is decided by the authority under standard rent act. (Normally the notification is published or in many rent cases this is referred to by the justice/ courts. Fair rent can be decided with around 90% confidence level by resorting to the rent of the similar property in the similar areas. You need to do some leg work and spade work for this.
