Is expenditure incurred for society charges:- flat maintainance & garden maintainance both are allowed for calculating HP Income beside 30% standard deduction. or only flat maintainance is allowed

no deduction other then 30% standard deduction, house taxes and interest on loan is allowed while calculating HP income
