One employee lives in Mumbai and his HO in Delhi. He is having Home loan in Mumbai and living on rent in Mumbai. Can he get HRA and home loan benefit both. Please advise

If there is any specific reason, like distance of office too far from own house, etc.; he is allowed to stay in rented house in same city, hence can claim HRA.
