Friends please clarify me
Example : A Minor having House property income. Details are as follows:
Annual Rental income 210000
Less: Property tax paid(including arrears) 236000
Gross annual income -26000
Standard Deduction 0
Interest on house property loan 0
Net Annual Income -26000
This loss is allowed for clubbing of minor income
