I require a model invoice for High sea sale transactions

Its on simple letterhead with Agreement on stamp paper.

There is no specific format for the 'High Sea Sale Invoice'. However, you have to take care that you have to declare on the face of invoice that the subjected goods are sold during the course of transhipment on the basis of High Seas Sale agreement dated ......
