19 August 2010 Dear Experts, i am a student of PCC working as an article assistant, my first attempt of PCC was due in May'10 but due to my unfortunate luck i could not give the exam bcoz my Principal didnt gave me leave. I want to give my exam in Nov'10 but again the same thing is happening with me my Principal is telling me to go out of station for 20-25 days. though i m trying my best to prepare for my exam and appear for atleast Group-1 in this term but couldn't focus on my studies due to these reasons. Should i go to the institute & complain against him?? or is there any other way to solve it , he has even marked me absent for my ITT training for 30 days. Other articles in my firm are also suffering the same problem?? Plz help me for what should i do. There are other problems also but this is the foremost which my article colleaques are also facing.

20 August 2010 Complaint is not the solution of your problem rather it will increase your problems.

The only solution is have a polite chat with your principal and make him understand your commitment towards the work and ask him to allow you some time for exam preparation. I am sure things will improve.

21 August 2010 thanks for ur valuable suggestion , but i want to say u sir that i had many times conveyed him my problems but he is not at all paying heed to them......till date he has not signed the examination form due to which i m not able to concentrate on my studies.....
