If anyone can explain Sec 150(2) which is exception to Sec 150(1).

150(2) says 150(1) will not apply where,
any asessment u/s 150(1) in respect of a year of which assessment could not have been made at time " due to subject matter of appeal" was made by reason of other provision limiting the time within which any action for assessment may be taken.
