18 November 2013 can any one tell me what will be the effect of companies act 2013 on ipcc subjects.. if there will be changes whether they will change completely or partially

19 November 2013 as of now, ICAI has not yet made Companies Act 2013 applicable for CA exams. However, once made applicable, Company law would go for a complete change. therefore you shall have impact on company accounts and audit too (specially auditor appointment).

It shall also have impact on taxation as often references are made to companies act. Such as maintenance of books of accounts as per So and so section of companies act...

19 November 2013 As per latest notification Company law wont be applicable for May,2014..
So it might be applicable for Nov 2014..
The whole company law will change and some portion of audit will too..
