I have completed BAF this year. I have taken admission in M.com course.
I am thinking to do CA . but I am confused, I want to know what is procedure of CA and what we can do after completing CA ? I love accounts subjects.

30 July 2013 These days Neha, you can do anything after completing CA.. But core responsiblities of any CA into an industry deal with accounting, reporting, taxation, costing, controlling, budgeting, etc.. in short., all the finance related matters of any corporate world, can be dealt by CA

30 July 2013 I am handicapped person (Hearing Impaired). So, I have communication problems, though can speak. I have read the procedure in ICAI website. Do you think whether I can do CA or not ? is General Management and Communication Skills Course compulsory?

30 July 2013 Yes, GMCS is compulsary as such, but considering your impairedness, ICAI must be having some option for students with minor disabilites in vision or hearing, so not a big deal with it. And there are many people with major disabilities, as bad as COMPLETE ABSENSE OF EYE VISION, have completed CA... so you too can do it easily.

30 July 2013 is articleship compulsory ? and I have heard that CA is very hectic for whole life, is it true ?

31 July 2013 Articleship is mandatory.., even if you clear your exams.., you will not be eligible to claim CA certificate, unless you complete your articleship..

31 July 2013 Moreover., with bigger degrees, comes bigger responsiblities too... you cannot expect to work like a commerce student at base level, but at managerial level... so, as every manager lives a busy life, the same you would., but for it, you are earning high as well..

31 July 2013 after CA, can we practice on our own directly ? then we will be busy depending on ourself na i.e. depends on how many companies i take ?
