Under which head entry to be pass for Expenditure incurred by company for attaining seminar by their employees?

This seminar is for company and not for employee. So how it comes to Staff Welfare?

I know that it was for the company. A little mind is present at this side to understand the meaning of "expenditure incurred by company for attaining seminar by their employees."
It is expenditure made by company on the staffs for benefit of the company. But it is made on staffs so it will b treated as staff welfare.
