if an amount is paid for maintenance of own flat used by company....to which head of account this should be taken...pls someone reply asap.

If the company uses that Flat for business purpose and the maintenance amount is large in nature then u can capitalized it. And if the amount is small in nature then u can expense it out by posting into Flat maintenance.
