17 April 2013 Dear Sir,

Can you please guide me about service tax half yearly return ?

In ACES.com there is no utility for half yearly return , so i need to file ST -3 for October - March, a half yearly retun.

How can i file the same ?

17 April 2013 retruns are to be filed half yearly as per rules originally made.
but due to lots of changes came from july 1st. therefore from april to september, there is now 2 part of that period half yearly return i.e, prior to july and after july in two different formats.
once the problem will be solved it will again be half yearly
till then one has to file quarterly.

17 April 2013 So OCT - Dec & Jan - March quarter return utility will be available later on, right na sir ?

30 April 2013 Sir we have filled for July - Sept , but still no receipt for it is there. So how can i proceed to take it ?

I can not see the return for period of July 2012- Sept 2012.

Should i file return again ?

What should i do ?
