1. GET THE FORM 109 SIGNED FROM EXISTING CA.
2. DO THE FRANKING ON NEW FORM 102 OF RS. 100/-
3. GET FORM 102 & 103 SIGNED FROM NEW CA.
4. SUBMIT ALL THE THREE TO ICAI.
