12 August 2010 Dear All,

Which amount should come in the 1. *Share application money received? 2. *share application money given? In the (II) Financial parameters of the Form 23 AC.

Is this as per Balance Sheet (O/S) or the actual movements of share application money in the year?

12 August 2010 I. Share Application money Reced : Total amount recd as share applcation money agaisnt which share alloted.
2. Share application money given : Share applcation money recd but return as it i.e share not alloted agaisnt it.

i.e actual movements of share application money a/c will be given there.

Other expert's views are solicited.

12 August 2010 But instruction says the figures should be as per"the latest annual accounts of the company attached with e-form".

12 August 2010 Practically , We are also left column Share Application money given and feed only figure share applciation money recd which is according to latest annual account of the comapny

12 August 2010 sirs,

please advise.... when the point says share application money given. it does not say share application money repaid.

Does it not mean that we have to put the amount of share application money's paid by us towards any investments..

so please clarify which figure should be put in the point no.2 of financial paramenter
