Please provide guidance
Auditor’s appointment tenure in a Private Limited Company having Authorized Capital 25,00,000 due to expires on 31.03.2023.
Should firm be reappointed for Financial Year starting 01.04.23 for next 5 financial years in
Annual General Meeting held in Calendar Year 2023 (say AGM date is 30.09.2023)
or
Annual General Meeting held in calendar year 2022 ( say AGM date is 30.09.2022)
