04 May 2013 WE ARE A INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY AND WE ARE GTA SERVICE RECEPIENT. CAN WE AVAIL CENVAT CREDIT OF GTA SERVICES AFTER 01.07.2012.
OR WHETHER WE NEED TO PAY 25% OF THE GTA AMOUNT.

04 May 2013 u have to pay total 12.36% of total value i.e, 100% of consignment note value.

about the point of cenvat credit,
whatever u deposit will be allowed to you as CCR of the value you deposited, but will be allowed only if you using the GTA service for your 'input' and 'capital goods'.

and what is input and capital goods has to be checked by rule 2(a) and 2(l) of Cenvat Credit Rules
