Kindly clarify who is under GTA? and RCM rate for GTA?
If a individual transporter means what would the tax rate?

13 June 2019 GTA means any person who transports goods by road and issues consignment note. RCM is applicable only when the transporter charges less than GST @ 6%. GST rate for RCM is 5%.
