Is the laiblity to pay sevrvice tax on transporter who do not have any s.t registration number is on conginee.... and pls tell me about 750/- basic limit

this is ur liablity to pay the service tax not the transporter bcz if u have st registration no. u become liable.750/-is basic limit to deduct the service tax on freight.
