GSTR3B Nill filing issue

Quick Summary

20 January 2024 I want to file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with Nil filing for the 3rd quarter of October–December 2023. But it shows the following error message, as follows:
"system has not generated summary of table 5.1 interest of Form GSTR-3B basis your previous period Form GSTR-3B as the same is not filed or interest is not applicable."

Please help me resolve this issue step by step and explain it.
Actually, I did not start the business like sales and purchase at all.

22 January 2024 I think you can not file a NIL GST Return if you have any DELAYS / INTEREST Pending from prior fillings. DO NOT SELECT NIL Return option / or the OPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Just pay the requisite fee and file the returns

22 January 2024 Hi Asha kanta Sharma, You are right; there were no option buttons enabled for filing right away. rather, the filing button was in an inert condition. So I have to pay the delay fees, then I proceed to further steps, and finally I am able to file my GSTR3B. This was my experience.
