10 September 2018 We are GST registered supplier in Karnataka, we are supplying goods to Uttar Pradesh, who did not have  Registered in Uttar Pradesh, he is registered with Bihar State, so we are raising bill on Bihar Address, In this case how we should report in GSTR 1, should we mention Bihar GSTIN in B2B or B2C?
