Can Someone explain me what is payment voucher and receipt voucher in the Document Issued option under GSTR1

Please refer Section 31 of CGST Act. Receipt voucher is issued when advance is received and payment voucher is issued at the time of making payment to supplier under RCM.

You need to specify the serial nos. for Receipt and Payment Vouchers issued during the month in the Documents Sections
