Sir,
While uploading GSTR9-C Json file system shows that processed with error.the portal shows "Error report generation requested" but there was no error file generated till now. we tried it for past two days. How to solve it sir?

Ensure that you are using the correct software versions:
JAVA: Version 8 or above.
Excel: Version 2007 or later.
Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge is recommended for uploading.
Try re-uploading the same JSON file a few times (2-3 attempts) to see if it resolves the problem.
If the error persists, attempt to generate an error report again. This report can provide insights into what went wrong during processing. However, if no report is generated, proceed to the next steps. Use the offline utility to recreate your GSTR-9C file. Ensure all sheets are validated individually before generating the JSON file again. Make sure that all necessary files, including the "wsweb" file, are in the same folder as your GSTR-9C utility.
