GSTR 9 RCM Exemption for FY 2017 18

Kindly confirm RCM Exemption date 01.07.2017 to 12.10.2017 in FY 2017-18 ???

Also is RCM applicable for FY 2018-19 & 2019-20 ?

22 January 2020 Actuqally it was the reverse , RCM u/s 9(4) was in operation from 1.7.17 to 12.10.17 only and it was suspended w.e.f. 13.10.17. it is still in partial operation only w.e.f. 1.2.19 since it was replaced by a new section and it has been made applicable so far only on real estate sector.
