dear sir, i have availed input of 2019-2020 in 2020-2021 april.2020 but in gstr-9 i have not showed that i have availed some input in 20-21 because i done entry of this invoice in april.2020 .should i repay this input

no requirement to repay the amount. The credit of 19-20 claimed in GSTR 3B can be shown in table 6M instead of table 6B. If ITC was only accounted in books but not claimed in GSTR 3B, it will be barred due to time limit and needs to be reversed in the books.
