We have not filed in Trans -01, FY 2017-18.
if possible to Trans-1 claim Form GSTR -9 Annual Return?

From GSTR 9 you can not claim anything , leave alone pending Tran 1 dues , even pending ITC can also not to be claimed .
However , pending payments need to be made while filing Form 9 Annual return thru DRC 03 Form
