Which GSTR-4 you are talking about? now CMP-08 are being filed and no purchase details are required. and even for annual GSTR-4 it is not clear as of now so need to wait for update.

quarterly return composite scheme that CMP-08 only is that compulsory required to mention purchase bill wise detail in CMP-08 ?????...
